Some character design work I created for a personal project titled LidERi: Paradise Lost. It's an ARPG concept set in a post-apocalyptic dark fantasty dystopia setting. Inspired by Biblical and Arthurian mythology, Berserk, Dark Souls, and NieR. It follows knights named Mordred and Percival in their grand quest to save humanity from the clutches of demonkind.LidERi stands for Life, Death, and Rebirth. The capitalization in ER means nothing and is a pure stylistic choice.

Other character designs for LidERi, these are my original characters for a story called Revelations. Set in a different timeline from Paradise Lost, it revolves around a group of friends trying to navigate the post-apocalypse. The main character is a hunter named Reinhardt de Leon trying his best to take care of his little sister, Mayumi.

General
I retain the right to decline any commission should I see fit.I do not accept other people's copyrighted work as references unless you own them. I will not imitate other people's art styles. I will accept game avatars/in-game screenshots or picrews as references as long as it doesn't contain imagery I feel uncomfortable with drawing.I require VISUAL references. I will reject your request if it doesn't have visual references. Pinterest boards, imgur links, google drives, moodboards, etc are very much appreciated. Please be thorough and detailed with your request. Additional written references is okay, but only if they are concise and in bullet points.I may share your finished order on social media (Twitter/X, Bluesky, Tumblr) with watermark. If you would like me to refrain from posting on one or any of these sites, please tell me first. I may also display it in my portfolio or use it as one of my samples. If you'd like your commission to be kept private, an NDA fee will be required.
Requests
To place a request, kindly send me an email at [email protected]. For organizational purposes, I require for you to title the subject as Commission Request - (Name). Once I have reviewed your request, I will be DM'ing you in your preferred method of communication in order to finalize your request and final price.
Reservations
I will be announcing when I'm taking waitlists for the service. In order to reserve a slot, kindly send me an email. For organizational purposes, I require you to title the subject as Commission Request - (Name) and explicitly state your desire to reserve a slot within the email itself. I will review your request and get back to you once a slot has been opened.The client has a total of 7 days to confirm their commission. Upon the 4th day, the client will receive a reminder from me through email, and another reminder on the 7th day. Upon the 8th day, however, your slot will be dropped automatically.Once the client confirms their commission, I will send an invoice via PAYPAL.
Payments
Once the request has been approved by me, the artist, I will send an invoice on PAYPAL. I take payment in USD. Clients have the choice to either 1. pay immediately OR 2. pay once I have given a rough draft. I will only proceed with the commission ONCE the draft has been approved AND I have received the payment.Other payment specifics that are not stated in the form may be discussed in the DMs or through email.For orders over $120+, a payment plan may be requested. It will have to be discussed with me first.
Deadlines and Delivery
Your order may take anywhere between 2-6 weeks or 6 months depending on the complexity. The longest ETA is 6 months. I may be busy IRL so your patience is appreciated. I will update you if there are any delays, otherwise you are free to ask for updates anytime.The client has the choice to set a specific deadline, but bear in mind it may have additional rush order fees. My limit is 14 days.
Use
Clients may use the artwork for PERSONAL use. The client has the freedom to post their artwork on social media or use it as an icon/profile picture or banner so long as I, the artist, is explicitly credited.If you wish to request an artwork to be used for COMMERCIAL means, the specifics will have to be discussed first with me in your preferred method of communication. Once we have settled the scope and terms, you may proceed in sending a request. By default, Monetized Content is priced 50% while Commercial Merchandising is priced 100%. This is only a guildeline, not the rule, it may be subject to change depending on how the artwork will be used. Other licenses may be requested upon discussion.I do NOT allow any of my artwork to be used in blockchain-related technology. This includes NFTs, Cryptocurrency, or AI artwork. Violation of this term will lead the client to being blacklisted to any future services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All fanart and art depicting original characters belong to their creator. I own the right to my work and will be credited as the artist for any work I create. Clients are not allowed to claim my artwork as theirs.I retain the rights to every image I produce.
Refunds
Refunds may be given if I fail to submit a thumbnail sketch within 2-3 weeks if requested by the client. Otherwise, once the thumbnail sketch is approved and paid for, I do not give full refunds. A partial refund may be given if I fail to complete the commission within the given timeframe.Bear in mind that if the client requests for a refund, I may not be able to give it immediately. I work full time as an artist and my financial situation isn't the best. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Communication
You will receive 3 WIPS (Work in Progress) images. The first is the rough thumbnail sketching out the composition and draft of your order. Second is the clean sketch, and finally is the colors. There may be another stage depending on whether or not you have asked for a simple scenery background, or if there are any minor revisions/edits. Updates will be sent with as a low resolution with watermark to prevent theft.The client is free to ask me for the status of their commission any time and I will try my best to answer accordingly. My timezone is UTC+8 and I typically respond within 1-2 working days. Sundays and Mondays are my off days.When I complete your commission, it will be first sent to you with a watermark in case there are any minor revisions/edits. Once it has been approved, I will release the final version without the watermark in a google drive.
